Traci Jean was born on May 14, 1971 in Lubbock. She graduated from Levelland High School and earned an associates degree from South Plain College. Traci completed the registered nursing program from Methodist Hospital School of Nursing. Traci was recognized with the Florence Nightingale Award upon her completion of nursing school. She was currently employed with Interim Health Care.
Traci’s priority in life was her son C.J. He was truly her reason for living. Traci was blessed with a very sweet and compassionate spirit, which made her a natural caregiver and nurse, not only to her family but also to her patients as well.
Those left to cherish Traci’s memories are her husband, Todd of Idalou; loving son, Christopher Joe Condren (USMC) of Lubbock; mother, Jean Hailey and husband, Steve of Lubbock; father, Jim Franks and wife, Sharon; sister, Joli Ann Franks all of Lovington, NM, brother Jimmy Franks, Jr. and wife, Stephanie of Hobbs, NM. She is also survived by her maternal grandparents, V. G. and Ocie Wilkerson of Levelland; 1 niece, Kaylee Franks and several cousins and a host of family and friends.
Traci is preceded in death by her grandparents J.R. and Alene Franks and Merle Hailey.

Her family has suggested memorial tributes be given to either the American Diabetes Association or the Force Recon Memorial Fund USMC.
