She was born Aug. 11, 1961 in Perryton to the late Gene and Fay Foss. She graduated from Texas Tech University. Dixie was a loving mother and grandmother.
Dixie is survived by two daughters, Kally Graves of Lubbock and Kim Joplin of Ft. Worth; granddaughter, Madelyn Graves of Lubbock; two sisters, Kelly Mitchell and husband Byron of Portales, NM and Paula Foss of Lubbock.
Along with her parents, Dixie is preceded in death by a sister, Debra Streibich.
