Anne was born on November 18, 1933 to James and Eileen Tigrett Wheeler in Nashville, TN. On September 1, 1978, she married Billy Ray Bledsoe in Amarillo, Texas. She was a resident of Amarillo, Texas from 1965 until moving to Lubbock in 2004. While living in Amarillo, she was a member of San Jacinto Baptist Church. She and her husband owned and operated Amarillo Rubber Stamp Company.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy on February 14, 2002.
Anne is survived by her loving daughters, Patricia Lyles and her husband, Larry of Amarillo, Cynthia Poteet and her husband, Mike of Lubbock, son, Charles Turner and his wife, Ramona of Lubbock; 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandsons.
