Carl was born April 24, 1927 in McCoy, Tx to the late Thomas Berch and Ima (Moore) Rambo. He graduated from Petersburg High School and served in the US Navy during WWII. Carl was a farmer and managed an aerial spraying business, Hart Aerial Sprayers. On June 1, 1950 he married Margaret Bazar in Ft. Worth. He was a member of Bacon Heights Baptist Church, the Open Door Sunday School Class and a former member of the Lion’s Club of Hart.
Carl is survived by his loving wife, Margaret; two sons, Gary Rambo and wife Dejauna of Amarillo; Dirk Rambo and wife Jan of Lubbock; a daughter, Carla Rambo of Austin; four grandchildren, Amy Barnes and husband Brett of Lahoma, OK, Lindsey Rambo of Levelland, Tye Rambo and wife Lauren of Louisville, KY and Mitchell Rambo of Lubbock; two great grandchildren, Brylee and Brayson Barnes and a brother, Don Rambo and wife Sarah of Riverside, CA.
