Lori Nicole Wittie passed away Sunday April 3, 2016. Family and friends will gather to celebrate her life of 15 years, Wednesday, April 6, 2016, at 2:00 pm at Monterey Church of Christ. In remembering the brightness that Lori brought to all she knew, the family requests that bright colored clothing be worn. Lori was born on December 15, 2000, to Michael and Sherie (Bradley) Wittie in Edmond, OK. She was in the 8th grade at Laura Bush Middle School and a member of Monterey Church of Christ. Lori enjoyed her HIPPO Therapy with horses, listening to her sisters read to her, many different kinds of music and The Lady and the Tramp. Her favorite time of year was Christmas with all the twinkling lights inside and out and the special Christmas music that was played everywhere. She was a special little girl that affected the lives of many and she will be missed. Lori’s memories will be cherished by her parents, Michael and Sherie Wittie; her two sisters, Faith and Kara Wittie, maternal grandparents, Gary and Flora Bradley of Lubbock, paternal grandparents, Arlice and Judy Wittie of Monahans, and paternal great grandmother, Dorotha Evans of Lubbock; four uncles and aunts, Lyle and Shauna Wilbanks of Idalou, Nathan and Jennifer Bradley of Katy, Matthew and Julie Wittie, and Albert and Megan Flores all of Lubbock, numerous beloved cousins and extended family.
