Jimmy Livingston was born in Albuquerque, NM June 26, 1959 to Jim and Patty Livingston. The family moved to Lubbock, Texas in 1961 where Jimmy lived most of his adult life. Jimmy graduated from Monterey High School in 1977. He attended University of Texas Arlington and Lubbock Christian University. He was looking forward to another reunion this summer to reconnect with old friends.
He was a generous, kind soul. He loved helping others and it gave him great joy to share everything he had. Jimmy never met a stranger and had an incredibly diverse group of friends. They all had something in common, however, a friend in Jimmy who would do anything for them.
He is survived by his daughter Adriana Livingston, his parents Patty and JC Chambers and their combined siblings: Johnette Seltzer and husband James, Lynn Blomquist and husband Greg, Tracy Fell, Lisa Webber, Jeff Chambers and wife Shari and John Chambers and wife Maureen, plus many loving cousins and friends.
We miss his big smile, his beautiful blue eyes and his generous heart. We are happy there are many people who have a chance for a healthy life based upon the organ donation and life gifts Jimmy was able to provide. He lives on through others and in our memories.
